Beacon 01 is intended for most gaming and over-ear headphones. Very heavy, unusually balanced or unusually shaped headsets should be checked more carefully before you reserve.

Before you reserve.
Is $19 the full price?
No. Beacon 01 is $149 total: a $19 refundable deposit and a $130 final payment requested after the unit is assembled and tested.
Can I choose a finish?
Yes. Founder Batch reservations can choose Obsidian Black or Arctic White while both finishes are available.
Can I get the deposit back?
Yes. The $19 deposit is refundable before final payment. If Dockix cannot deliver the reserved unit, the deposit is refunded automatically.
How does final payment work?
The final payment notice opens after the unit is assembled and tested. The deposit policy explains the final-payment window before any deposit is created.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
U.S. shipping is included. Import duties and taxes, if any, are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price.
What are the return and warranty basics?
There is a 14-day return request window after carrier-confirmed delivery and a one-year limited warranty, each subject to the published policy.
