Launch destination
Beacon 01 launches to supported addresses in the United States only. Dockix may review or decline an address that the logistics provider cannot serve.
What is included, and what is not.
U.S. shipping is included. Import duties and taxes, if any, are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price.
If a government or carrier assesses an import duty, tax, customs charge or similar fee, the buyer is responsible for that amount.
Dispatch
Dispatch details are published only after final payment and route confirmation. Tracking is shared after dispatch.
This dispatch boundary describes Dockix processing after final payment. It is not a delivery promise.
Why there is no delivery estimate yet.
No delivery estimate is published until a magnetic-product route is tested and confirmed.
Carrier scans, customs review, weather, access conditions and other events outside Dockix's control may affect movement after dispatch.
Address and delivery issues
Contact support promptly about an address concern, a missing scan or visible shipping damage. Address corrections requested after dispatch may not be possible.
