Limited Warranty

Coverage period

Beacon 01 carries a one-year limited warranty beginning on the date of carrier-confirmed delivery to the original buyer.

What is covered

The warranty covers a confirmed defect in materials or workmanship under ordinary use during the coverage period. Dockix may require order evidence, photographs, diagnostic steps or return inspection.

Approved remedies

For an approved claim, Dockix may repair the product, replace a component, replace the product, provide a refund or offer another remedy appropriate to the confirmed issue and applicable law.

Exclusions

The limited warranty does not cover:

• damage caused by drops or impact;
• liquid damage or unsuitable environmental exposure;
• incorrect power or use outside published instructions;
• unauthorized disassembly, modification or repair;
• misuse, neglect or improper installation; or
• normal wear and cosmetic change that does not affect function.

Contact support before returning the product. This warranty gives specific rights and does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
